Store Closures Run on the Landlord's Clock
A retail lease usually ends with a requirement to return the space empty and broom-ready by a specific date. Between the last sale day and that deadline there's often only a few days to strip out gondola shelving, cash wraps, racks, signage, and whatever merchandise didn't move.
We schedule to hit that date. The crew comes in after close or before opening, pulls the fixtures apart, loads everything, and leaves the store empty so you can hand back the keys without a holdover charge or a landlord dispute over leftover fixtures.
